360 Work Place Strategy – Doing more with less, and attracting 1st Class Talent

CBRE has taken a market leading approach to redesigning their space for better attraction and retaining talent, and most importantly by providing an energized work environment. In unison with their Global Workplace Strategies team, a scientific approach was used to study previous work environments. Numerous techniques will be discussed in the continuing education event. Techniques to be discussed include:

• Design Partner, implemented space plan encompassing many attributes from previous studies
• Project management teams and construction partners to execute the plan and build the space
• The overarching theme throughout the process was continual change management, changing how current teammates worked together and helping them adapt to the work environment
• The entire process is more scientific than traditional office relations, which will be a growing trend in how companies evaluate space going forward
