The first Wednesday of each month CCIM New Mexico hosts a breakfast Deal Making Session. The general meeting is open to all CCIM New Mexico and members and offers a great opportunity to hear about new properties on the market and to network with other commercial real estate professionals. The general meeting begins at 7:45 a.m. and generally run until 9:00 a.m. Members make presentations of properties for sale briefly describing the properties and their features. These presentations are coordinated by CCIM New Mexico and must be scheduled in advance. The April and October meetings are in a Forum format.
