Greetings Fellow CCIM Members,

Thank you all for attending and participating in the March Deal Making Session. We were able to highlight some great properties and hopefully get some of those properties closer to a sale. As we move forward in 2021 and the first quarter comes to a close, we hope to set our sights on further opening our economy and life becoming more normal.

We, as a board, are setting out on a plan to have in-person Deal Making Sessions and other CCIM events. More to come on that very soon.

Please take a look at the educational opportunities that are available. In particular, the CI 101 course will take place April 26-29, 2021. You can learn more or sign-up here. We really hope this is the start of a great educational year for us and, again, something that helps us move to a more normal way of doing business and interacting with each other.

CI 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate

This course qualifies for the New Broker Business Practices NMREC requirement.

CI 101 introduces the CCIM Cash Flow Model, a tool for ensuring your investment decisions are based on wise finance fundamentals. During the course, you will learn how to use key financial concepts such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Cap Rate, Capital Accumulation, and the Annual Growth Rate of Capital to compare different types of commercial real estate investments.
