This program is intended to fulfill the 3 hour CORE LAW CE Course requirement, however credit is currently pending. If you already have your Core Law credits for this triennium, this Program may be used for general CE credit, yet it will be entirely commercially focused, unlike other CE programs.
Mike Sikora is the Managing Partner of Sikora Law LLC and President of Omni Title LLC with offices in Downtown Columbus and Downtown Cleveland. Sikora Law has won more appellate cases making favorable real estate law than any other firm (30 appellate cases making favorable real estate law on 23 different subjects). Mike Sikora is a Past President of the Ohio Land Title Association and NAIOP Northern Ohio (which won North American Chapter of the Year that year), Crain's Cleveland Business 40 Under 40 Honoree, and President's Award Recipient for NAIOP and OLTA. Mike also serves on the prestigious Title Counsel of the American Land Title Association. Mike is one of the three lawyers on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section Council of the Ohio State Bar Association, and he will serve as its Chair from 2022-2023. Mike has drafted two Bills that became Ohio real estate law and was involved in drafting another, and he has testified as an expert on those and other real estate Bills before the Ohio General Assembly six times, generally as the designated expert for the Ohio State Bar Association.
