On September 14, the Ohio CCIM Chapter sponsored the ever-popular and always-entertaining Mike Sikora. Mike presented a lively and interactive 3-hour session covering 'Core Ethics' as it pertains to real estate law. Attendees learned some common pitfalls for the commercial real estate agent when it comes to topics such as contemporaneous offers, dual agency and the House Bill 532. The event was co-sponsored by CREW-Akron, SIOR, ACAR and NAIOP.
