About CCIM Washington

The Washington State CCIM Chapter is a privately incorporated chapter of the CCIM Institute. The chapter is one of a network of more than 50 chapters across the United States dedicated to improving benefits to CCIM members and increasing their involvement in the CCIM Institute.

The Washington State CCIM Chapter encompasses the State of Washington as well as Northern Idaho and has nearly 200 members from various real estate and real estate-related firms. Our chapter provides its members with the best in networking opportunities, designation promotion, candidacy guidance, and educational opportunities.

Membership Benefits

The CCIM network represents multiple disciplines within the commercial real estate investment community: leasing, appraisal, commercial brokerage, investments, property management, lending/mortgage banking, legal and development.

Only six percent of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the respected and coveted CCIM designation.

CCIM Vets in Real Estate Program

U.S. veterans can now get first-class commercial real estate education that is funded through the GI Bill. CCIM Institute is now partnered with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to provide vets the opportunity to start their careers in commercial real estate through CCIM education.
