The time is approaching for the Kansas CCIM Chapter Fall Marketing Session. We are fortunate to have as our S.E.C. Moderator Mr. Chris Dischinger S.E.C. Chris is a principal in CDG Development out of Louisville. He has not only been President of the S.E.C. but has developed hundreds if not thousands of multi-family units throughout the country, including in Wichita. He is also partners with our own Nick Esterline CCIM S.E.C.
The marketing session will be held at the La Vela Venue (Candle Club newest venue) in Prairie Village Shopping Center at 13th and Woodlawn, on Oct. 18, 2017. It will begin with registration at 8:00am and last until 5:00pm with a continental breakfast, a good lunch and lots of marketing. Note this is an opportunity to market for sale or exchange listings not a Leasing Mall. The cost is $50 for Kansas CCIM members and $75 for all other attendees. We will produce a marketing book for your convenience so after registering with Alvena at SCKRealtors (316 263-3167), She will send you the Marketing forms and other materials so you can prepare properly. Fill out the marketing form and send it back to Alvena. You will want to be "in the book". We will present your pictures and other information as you present. Bring it with you.
This is a fine opportunity to show your owners that you are working for their benefit. Where else will you be presenting their information, property or situation to 30-35 other motivated commercial brokers? This is one of the last opportunities to attend a moderated marketing session this year. We will not have another one until next April. Chris is an excellent moderator and you won't be sorry you attended.
