This February 28, at 1:00pm at the RSCK Building 170 W. Dewey St., The Kansas CCIM Chapter will host our first Leasing Mall for this year. The event will be held at the Conference Center and will last from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. We will furnish complimentary beverages (beer and wine and soft drinks), and snacks for your enjoyment. Please be advised that we need you to sign up with Realtors of South Central Kansas at 316 263 3167.
You may send your marketing materials and flyers to David Leyh dleyh@ccim.net for inclusion in the marketing book. This is important as the marketing book will remain active until the next Leasing Mall in 6 months and it is a fine, well used resource for many brokers looking for that elusive property for their clients. To stimulate your active participation in the Leasing Mall we will be charging an $15.00 early bird registration fee to participate up to and including February 23, and $35.00 for all registrants after until the event. We do not want to soak you for fees, but we need to assemble the marketing book and buy the refreshments, so we need to know in advance who is planning on attending.
Please submit your properties in advance as requested. The Leasing Mall is an opportunity to present your For Lease or Build to Suit properties to up to 35 active brokers from all Commercial Real Estate Companies. We have been offering these Leasing Mall opportunities for the last 15 years on a twice a year basis, so sign up and plan to attend.
