The Kansas CCIM Chapter Leasing Mall is scheduled for Feb. 6th at 1:00pm in Suite B at the RSCK Building 170 W. Dewey St. Wichita KS. As you may remember, this event is open to all property managers, owners and brokers who wish to talk or learn about vacancies in the Wichita Area leasing Market.
The event begins at 1:00pm and lasts until 5:00pm or when we run out of properties to market. We always provide refreshments in the form of domestic and imported beers wine and cocktail appetizers. Every participant will have up to 3 minutes to presented property and discuss details. This is an excellent time to announce special incentives or commission deals; to talk about build-to-suit properties; to present for lease opportunities. NO SALES PRESENTATIONS PLEASE. Typically, we allow you to use your own marketing flyers and information in the Marketing Book.
You may send your marketing materials and flyers to David Leyh dleyh@ccim.net for inclusion in the marketing book. This is important as the marketing book will remain active until the next Leasing Mall in 6 months and it is a fine, well used resource for many brokers looking for that elusive property for their clients. Get your flyers in by February 1st to be in the book
The cost is $25.00 for Kansas CCIM Chapter Members and $35.00 for Non-Members.
