FOREIGN INVESTORS; WHAT MAKES AMERICA GREAT?

We've all heard the stories about the money flowing in from other countries to buy U.S. CRE assets.  Whether considering a $500k investment or $350M investment, our panel has done it all. Come listen to several seasoned International CRE Brokers who've closed a wide range of transactions, both large and small, by helping to place foreign capital in the US CRE Market.

Are these investors a good candidate to buy Your Listing?  Are they competition to your client's next purchase?  What are they looking for?  What's their motivation?  How does their philosophy differ from a domestic investor?

Alan will be speaking on the Foreign Investment Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA).  Alan will cover the intricacies of the law, it’s application in the real world and how to work with FIRPTA and the 1031 Exchange.  If you have foreign investors you will want to hear Alan.
