Oregon's Full-throttle Growth: How will it Impact Investment Real Estate

Oregon's economy is growing at full-throttle rates.  Full employment is in sight for the first time since 2000.  The recovery has spread to all regions across the state.  However, a booming local economy does not come without growing pains.  Additionally, as the expansion enters its seventh year a few mounting concerns nationally muddy the outlook.

Come listen to Josh and find out what's in store for Oregon's economy, population and housing markets in the coming years.

Mr. Josh Lehner, Senior Economist with the Oregon Office of Economic Analysis.  Josh develops the quarterly Oregon Economic forecast, including outlooks for employment, income and housing.  Additional responsibilities include the Oregon Index of Leading Indicators, tracking international developments in Oregon's export markets and forecasting revenues for the Oregon Lottery, Oregon Judicial Department and state tobacco taxes.  Mr. Lehner earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado and an M.S. in Economics from Portland State University.
