Portland Apartment Market Update

A review of the 2017 Portland Apartment Market and thoughts on where we are going in 2018

Presented by:
Mark Barry is a real estate appraiser specializing in apartment appraisal work in the Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area. He has completed over 5,500 apartment appraisals. He has a BA from University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA in Real Estate from American University in Washington, D.C.

 
Patrick Barry is a real estate appraiser  and partnered with Mark in 2012. Patrick is an engineering graduate of the University of Colorado. Prior to joining Barry & Associates in 2012, Patrick worked as an electrical engineer designing building electrical systems.​​​​​

3. Only properties submitted with slides will be presented.
4. Slides will be posted on the website after the meeting. Those not using the slides won't be posted.
