Amy Margolis is the founder of Margolis Legal, a full service cannabis law firm, as well as the founder and director of the Oregon Cannabis PAC and the Oregon Cannabis Association, which is the largest professional cannabis association in the state of Oregon.

Her primary practice areas are licensing, compliance and regulatory work as well as continuing to represent clients charged with crimes in either state or federal court.

She is directly involved with the state's policy discussion around implementation of medical and recreational cannabis and she has been tapped to serve on a number of rulemaking committees.

simpson.jpgWilliam Simpson III, is the CEI and owner of the Chalice Farms brand. Chalice Farms is a vertically integrated producer, processor and retailer based in Portland and currently serves medical patients and now recreational users as of October 1, 2015.

Unique in the Cannabis industry, Chalice's fully-integrated business model provides lower production costs, standardization, quality-control and distribution, which also leverages the affordability of labor in Oregon giving Chalice Farms a very competitive market advantage.

Chalice products have already found favor with consumers having captured the coveted DOPE Magazine People's Choice Award and a handful of other awards at that annual event, as well as capturing two first places in the annual Oregon Medical Marijuana Cup.

Sam Chapman is a founding member of New Economy Consulting LLC (NEC) a firm based in Portland Oregon focused chapman.jpgon advising entrepreneurs and investors on the legal cannabis markets in Oregon. His previous experience includes consulting for statewide political campaigns, small business development and media relations, as well as direct involvement as a lobbyist for cannabis law reform at the local, state and federal levels.

Sam Co-authored House Bill 3460, the Oregon law that legalized medical marijuana dispensaries. On behalf of current NEC clients, he continues to work on the development of pragmatic and business friendly regulations for both medical cannabis and adult use markets. He has been a resident of Oregon for 20 years and holds a baccalaureate degree from the University of Oregon in Philosophy and Political Science.
