Ross is president of Western Advocates, Inc., one of Oregon's oldest government relations and association management firms. Previuosly, he served as chief lobbyist for the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland, and as land use lobbyist for the Oregon Association of Realtors. As an active participant in Oregon's legislative process for the last 32 years, Mr. Ross has been a county planning commissioner, an elected county commissioner, lobbyist, and a consultant to property owners and developers.

Shaun was an attorney and partner with several Portland-based law firms prior to being named Executive Director of Oregon Manufacturers and Commerce and forming Jillions Group LLC in 2019. In addition, he previously served as Vice President of Public Policy for one of Oregon’s largest trade associations, the Oregon Association of Realtors.
During the exciting years of rapid growth in Nevada, he served as a lobbyist before the Nevada Legislative Assembly, and began his formal political career as the Chief of Staff to the Chair of the Oregon House Committee on Water.

Jerry specializes in representing corporations, investors and Portland's most active big-box industrial developers in locating and negotiating the sale and lease of industrial buildings in the greater Portland area and in industries such as 3rd party logistics (UPS, FEDEX, Expeditors, OnTrac), E-commerce, Food & Beverage, Paper & Packing, sporting goods and apparel and more. Jerry became the youngest industrial broker in state history to become an SIOR in 2012 at 30 years old and has since been named the Industrial Broker of the year in Oregon & SW Washington two of the past three years. IREM | Tara Platt, CPM Senior Property Manager, Kidder Mathews. 
Tara Platt, CPM®, is a senior property manager based in the firm’s Portland office. Tara leads a property team which manages a nearly 3 million square foot portfolio of industrial assets located in the greater Portland area. Tara is responsible for preparing monthly operational reports, tenant improvement coordination and oversight, landlord and tenant relations, leasing support and coordination, maintenance oversight, long term capital planning, maintaining client governance standards, and day-to-day management of the assets in her care. Tara is dedicated to providing the highest professional property management services to her clients.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Tara was an associate director of management services. In this role, she was responsible for property management operations and personnel. Tara teamed with local leadership to strengthen and expand client relationships throughout the region. As a commercial real estate veteran of 20 years, Tara has substantial expertise in budget preparation, lease administration, physical plant management, tenant and client relations and financial reporting. In addition, she has a proven history of success in overseeing a variety of multi-million dollar investment properties. She has spearheaded property enhancement projects, managed major redevelopment projects, developed leasing and tenant retention strategies and established processes to enhance and improve property operations.
Tara also served as vice president of property management at Specht Properties, Inc. In this position, she led the property management department for one of the region’s largest real estate developers. The 2.5 million square foot managed portfolio consisted of joint venture projects and third-party industrial and office properties.

Jill leads Gerding Edlen's public-private partnerships and build-to-suit projects for non-profit and for-profit organizations, facilitating the important work of nonprofits and public agencies in our communities. Jill is responsible for new business development as well as management of all predevelopment activities including design and budgeting, entitlements, neighborhood outreach, negotiating agreements and contracts, and financing. Her projects at Gerding Edlen include student housing, academic buildings, community facilities, affordable housing and mixed-use residential. Jill’s resume includes over 15 LEED certified projects of which five are LEED Platinum.

Jill served on the Portland Planning Commission from 2007-2012 and currently serves as the board chair of Portland Institute for Contemporary Art and a board member of Architecture Foundation of Oregon and Earth Advantage. Jill has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Urban Studies and Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University.
