Emily will address apartment, office, industrial, and retail fundamentals in Portland.

Emily Anderer Biography:
Emily Anderer is CoStar’s Market Analyst for Portland, along with the rest of Oregon. Emily delivers around 30 presentations annually - mainly to clients, but also some larger industry events. She writes about 80 reports for CoStar covering both metros and individual neighborhoods, each report specific to multifamily, office, retail, or industrial space. Emily also writes topical news articles on Portland and creates related video content for CoStar. All of this content is consumed by a wide audience of commercial real estate industry professionals, including banks, brokers, underwriters, property managers, investors, economic consulting groups, and government agencies. Emily graduated from Hamilton College in upstate New York.
