Jesse C. Miller - GreystarJesse C. Miller, MBA, CAPS, ACoM, ARM, SHCM, CAM, NALP® is a national award-winning real estate executive with nearly 15 years of real estate experience that encompasses asset management, program development, strategic planning, and administration. He serves as director of real estate and is an integral part of the leadership team that manages Greystar’s Portland portfolio in both its multi-family and commercial management sectors.
Alongside the Portland executive team, Mr. Miller has also championed one of Greystar’s first, and now its largest, local commercial property management divisions. These efforts have collectively provided a robust support platform for the region’s mixed-use components to synergistically enhance overall asset performance and optimize best practices.
Previously, Mr. Miller gained invaluable experience as the director of multi-family properties for Phillips Real Estate Services, where he provided oversight for 6 portfolio managers spanning over 100 apartment communities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Complementing his impressive career, Mr. Miller is an extremely active volunteer at the National Apartment Association, Multifamily Northwest, Washington Multi-Family Housing Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland.
With a passion for education, he has also served as a speaker/teacher at multiple conferences, including SPECTRUM, PRISM, EdCon, Trends NW, NAA Apartmentalize, Portland State University, and the National Association of Home Builders.
Reflecting his exemplary leadership and strong commitment to the real estate industry, Mr. Miller was awarded the 2018 National Credential-Holder-of-the-Year Award by the National Apartment Association, was featured in the 2018 Top 100 Magazine – Real Estate Edition, and was inducted into the Forbes Executive Real Estate Council.
