Mark Barry, MAI | Mark graduated from UC Berkeley and went on to complete an MBA in real estate at American University in Washington, DC. Prior to starting this appraisal business in 1983, Mark worked in an income property loan officer specializing in apartment loans.
Patrick Barry, State Certified General Appraiser | Patrick graduated from CU Boulder with a degree in engineering. Prior to joining Barry & Associates in 2012 as an appraiser assistant, Patrick worked as an electrical engineer, designing commercial buildings. Patrick earned his State Certified General Appraiser license in 2016 and is currently a Candidate for Designation as an MAI with the Appraisal Institute.
