MANSFIELD: James Allen Walker CCIM, 53 of Mansfield, OH fell asleep in death May 9, 2016 at OhioHealth MedCentral Hospital. He was born May 21, 1962 in Mansfield Ohio to Robert Carl and Janet Lea (Harvey) Walker.

James was a graduate from Mansfield Malabar High School, Class of 1980. While working various jobs he was always exercising his brain and curiosity learning or tinkering with some new idea or project. He found his niche in real estate; securing his CCIM designation, his broker's license and his own real estate brokerage - James Walker Real Estate Co.

James was known for his perseverance - he never gave up; always looking for a way to achieve whatever he put his mind or heart to. He loved helping people and if it involved technology or feeding people so much the better! Above all those accomplishments James was most proud of his relationship with his God - Jehovah. He was baptized at 13 years of age as a member of the Mansfield South Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He loved telling others about God's Kingdom and how it would take care of everyone's ills - something he was really looking forward to personally!

James is survived by his mother Janet and his brothers Michael (Suzanne) and Peter Walker of Mansfield and a host of family and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 1:00pm with the funeral following at 2:00pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1780 Middle Bellville Road, Mansfield, OH. Ken Kubasek will be officiating.
