    CCIM Institute Chapter Leaders:

    CCIM Institute rolled out its new AMS database earlier this month. It includes many great benefits for CCIM chapters, including the prominent promotion of chapter membership through the store. But the rollout has also brought some challenges. If you have experienced issues, frustration, or problems, please accept our sincere apologies. Below are some updates on technical issues that we're working overtime to address. Please continue to direct your chapter members to the Help Center at www.ccim.com/help for support.  

    Please Note: Before your chapter members are able to access CCIM Institute eCampus and other online platforms (currently excluding Site To Do Business), they must validate their account and update their profile information. In addition, some course history information is still being added and should be available soon.

    Communications

    We're providing weekly updates to users and key stakeholders.

    Additional how-to support for Find a CCIM is forthcoming and will be shared with all CCIM Institute members. 

    We continue to update www.ccim.com/help on a daily basis with transparent information on technical issues and the how-to support that members and customers need to navigate the new system.

    Customer Experience

    We continue to make adjustments to My Account and Find a CCIM, including new options for searching and sorting, and key integrations such as eCampus, the Knowledge Center, DealShare, and the Portfolio portal, should now be working for all active members. These adjustments have helped to reduce the number of member inquiries.

    We expect to continue to see higher-than-normal email and call traffic until all technical issues are addressed.

    Technical Issues

    Screen Issue: We are aware of the screen going blank when viewing some profile information. This is an issue with Salesforce, and our vendor indicated that this issue would be solved with a bug fix to be deployed at the end of July. In the meantime, we've provided clear instructions so members and customers can still update their data. 

    Courses: July and August course are now available for purchase. We continue to work on adding the remaining courses and course history data. We're asking people to allow some time for this information to become available.

    Punch List Items: We appreciate members sending us feedback and updates on issues they are experiencing. One great advantage of this new AMS system is that we're able to make a lot of updates and improvements quickly without the help of a vendor. We're prioritizing these thoughtfully, and you'll continue to see improvements each day.
