The Minority Business Development Agency Business Center (MBDA BC) provides procurement and finance assistance to minority business enterprises (“MBEs”) in Riverside. Its primary objective is to assist MBEs by identifying opportunities for increased sales and revenues, securing financial capital needed to start or expand a business, resolving key operational issues hindering the success of the business, and providing business education and training on important business topics.

Brandon Koepnick serves as Director of Client Services for Xceligent. He is a 12 year veteran of the commercial real estate world in Southern California, having begun his career as a researcher for the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association. He was instrumental in the research processes in the Inland Empire and Orange County and organized the field staff when the association did their initial research in Los Angeles.
