Membership | This committee greets guests at events, reaches out to members throughout the year, encourages potential members to join. They assist with membership renewals and lend a hand in getting the word out about CCIM, the designation and the benefits of membership and involvement.
Programs | The Programs committee will work on planning relevant programs for the year around networking and education. They will also identify speakers for programs and what types of social events are scheduled.
Sponsorship | Committee members will engage with Power Partners throughout the year, identify potential sponsors for new events, and promote advertising in the PinPoint newsletter.
Marketing Session | This committee will focus on increasing the properties presented at Marketing Sessions and bring ideas that will strengthen and build this program.
Marketing | The Marketing Committee will focus on gathering content for both the PinPoint newsletter and social media posts.
Government Affairs | The first step for this committee is to define its purpose and plan.
