Brian Nelson, CCIM
Respected CCIM Instructor
Georgia CCIM is saddened to learn that Brian E. Nelson, CCIM passed away suddenly on November 14, 2015 from complications related to a recent surgery.
A native of Connecticut, Brian was a long-time member of Georgia CCIM and active in the commercial real estate community throughout North Georgia. Brian was also a valued instructor of the CCIM Institute. Brian joined the CCIM faculty in 1985 and was a senior 101 and Intro instructor who taught primarily in the Atlanta metropolitan area. His past CCIM education contributions at the national level include membership in the Faculty Subcommittee. Brian was also very active in the Georgia Chapter’s education initiatives.
Services for Brian were held on Wednesday, November 18th, 2015 at Episcopal Cathedral of St. Philip.
