SPEAKER BIOGRAPHIES
Johnathan Green, President, Green Environmental Management | Mr. Green has experience in air quality management, soil vapor and groundwater monitoring, and environmental site assessments. He has performed hundreds of ESAs ranging from the simple to the complex. The commercial industries for which Mr. Green has provided due diligence expertise include aerospace, chemical, dry cleaners, trucking, gasoline bulk plants, manufacturing, insurance, real estate, farms, property management, and more.
Dawn Reid, Tech Marketing Specialist, First American Title Company of Oregon | Dawn has been a real estate trainer for over 13 years in the Portland Metro area. Currently, I am certified through DocuSign and zipLogix to train their platforms, but also specialize in Social Media, Office Products, and additional online programs created for Realtors.
David Moore, Founder, Equity Advantage | David is an acknowledged expert in Investment Real Estate and has been involved with this field both personally and professionally for three decades. David is a Certified Exchange Specialist and speaks nationally on 1031 Exchanges and Self-directed Retirement accounts. He is a board member of the CCIM Oregon/SW Washington Chapter.

Craig Johnson, CCIM, is the Owner and Principal Broker of Northwest Equities Investment Real Estate Services, Inc., specializing in leasing, sales, and consulting of land, office, industrial, and retail properties in Vancouver, WA. He is licensed in Washington and Oregon with over 30 years of real estate experience.
Ethan Morris is currently Head of Strategic Accounts for the West Coast at CREXi. He started off as one of the first employees for the company as an Account Manager, who handled client services nationally. After working to build client relationships he then became Head of Business Development, in charge of bringing on new clients to the platform.
Matt Cors is currently Regional Director of the West Coast Sales Team for CREXi. He has been with CREXi since pre-launch, holding many different positions throughout his 3+ year tenure. He has helped grow CREXi from a platform with four listings at launch to a marketplace used by every major brokerage shop nationally. Prior to CREXi, Matt was an Assistant Vice President at Auction.com Commercial, currently Ten-X. Matt played a key role in building the companies Commercial division out of the Newport Beach office. During his time there, Google Capital invested 50MM into the firm's Commercial division to help expand operations.
Erik Strandhagen, Maul Foster & Alongi. Mr. Strandhagen has over 15 years of professional experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, and environmental data management. He is a Federal Aviation Administration - certified remote pilot, a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional, and an American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Certified Map Scientist. His presentation focuses on project examples for the commercial real estate industry using unmanned aerial systems (UAS). There will also be a discussion on use of data analytics for commercial site selection and brown field inventory.
Tyler Hardison | As Chief Technology Officer at Redhawk Network Security, Tyler Hardison, CISSP, PCI-QSA, plays a key role in leading new product strategies, initiatives, and is responsible for developing technology solutions and service offerings for clients. He is highly regarded as a hands-on technologist with a strong focus on regulatory issues, program management, and secure implementation. With his extensive knowledge of evolving cybersecurity threats, he leads the development and execution of innovative, robust, and secure information technology environments for organizations of all sizes. He has extensive experience and knowledge of security and IT, including regulatory issues and compliance, enterprise architecture, disaster recovery, process improvement, custom application development, and risk management. Tyler is a 20-year technology veteran, with 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, including his role as CIO at Stanford Federal Credit Union. Tyler is at the forefront of regulatory changes with in-depth knowledge of the tools necessary to stay ahead. Tyler is a PCI Qualified Security Assessor and speaks regularly on how businesses can meet compliance. Tyler enjoys volunteering in community organizations, including various historical societies.
