Patricia brings to ExceedCE a deep real estate career augmented by a passion for education. She has been a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute, was chair of the Body of Knowledge committee. She has received several course awards, but most important to her, the Robert L. Ward Instructor of the Year and the Victor M. Lyon Award – awarded to a select few for passion in CCIM real estate education

Gene Trowbridge, Esq., CCIM

Throughout his career, Gene has been a CCIM instructor to thousands of CCIM students. He has been a prolific content creator and contributor to the CCIM education, an early leader of the Robert L. Ward Center. Gene received the Robert L. Ward Instructor of the Year as well as the prestigious Victor M. Lyon Award for volunteer contributions.
Gene is the founding partner of Trowbridge Law Group LLP which on the syndication of commercial and investment real estate, His book “It’s a Whole New Business!” is really a “how to” manual on real estate syndication.
