WHAT IS A CCIM?

CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. The CCIM pin is commercial real estate's most coveted credential.

As the most recognized leaders in commercial investment real estate, CCIM designees have proven expertise in financial, market and investment analysis as well as negotiation.  CCIM designees are able to help their clients:

  • Minimize risk
  • Enhance credibility
  • Make informed decisions
  • Close more deals

Designees and candidates in 50 chapters worldwide represent a referral network of 13,000 members in 30 countries who close more than $200 billion in deals annually.
