More than 100 CCIMs and their guests gathered at the New York Stock Exchange on April 14 for breakfast and a lively discussion of the economy and real estate trends for 2016, given by Dr. Ted Jones, Chief Economist-Senior Vice President for Stewart Title and Jim Costello - CRE, Senior Vice President of Real Capital Analytics. Those in attendance were not only treated to an executive briefing on the state of key global and national economic issues such as inflation, interest rates, employment and consumer spending, but were provided with an insightful review of what’s and what’s not in commercial real estate.
