Prerequisites:
1. CI 101 - Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate
2. Completion of one of the following negotiations courses:
a. Preparing to Negotiate (self-paced online)
b. Commercial Real Estate Negotiations (1-day workshop)
COURSE OBJECTIVES 
-Apply key occupancy decision-making skills such as comparative lease analysis, lease versus purchase analysis, lease buyout analysis, and sale-leaseback analysis to optimize use space decisions.

-Determine how financial reporting requirements for real estate influences the user decisions.
 
-Integrate negotiation skills with financial analysis skills to maximize user outcomes.

H. Blaine Strickland has worked in appraisal, investment sales, development, and consulting during his 35-plus years in commercial real estate. Today, Mr. Strickland operates his own consulting company, HBS Resources, and serves and a coach to several top-producing brokers and agencies.
