We are aware of the issues our members are experiencing with Find a CCIM.  I am diligently working with the Fonteva Advisory Group to correct these problems.

As we make updates, we will be providing how-to-training videos that will provide step-by-step instructions to help you update your profile as well as provide additional insights on how Find a CCIM works.

This week's video covers optimizing the search functionality by utilizing nicknames. This will allow you to search for another member by the name you know someone by instead of their full/legal name.
