Mentoring Program


To be successful in any field, aspiring leaders require role models and guidance. The CCIM Oregon/SW Washington Chapter is currently instituting a mentoring program. The purpose of this program is to provide a benefit to our membership by aligning them with either a mentor (Rock Stars) or a mentee (Rookies). Through this collaboration, mentees can gain invaluable insight beyond their own education and experience, while mentors are rewarded by sharing knowledge and skills, helping others succeed, and supporting the profession.

Who Should Participate?

The goal of this program is to match our seasoned practitioners within the CCIM Oregon/SW Washington Chapter with those who have a strong interest in developing a career path in commercial real estate and are committed in their professional pursuits. This program is designed to help build your industry knowledge, gain insights into the CCIM program and receive invaluable counseling and guidance from an experienced CCIM.
