Vicki Patterson, CCIM, is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with Wiggin Properties, LLC, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business, Vicki specializes in retail and restaurant real estate, including shopping center leasing, pad site sales, and investment sales. Her expertise extends to Landlord and Tenant representation, income-producing property analysis, and ground-up development opportunities.
In April 2019, Vicki earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, solidifying her reputation as a leader in the industry, having served as President of the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter (2021–2022) and currently serving locally as Education Chair. At the institute level, she has served on the Regional Activities Subcommittee (2023), as Regional Vice President for Region 4 (2024), and Vice Chair of Member Services (2025). Currently, she serves as Chair of Member Services, on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors (2026-2028) and continues to play a pivotal role in fostering professional growth within her company and the organization. Passionate about education, she actively supports CCIM candidates in achieving their designations.
Beyond CCIM, Vicki is engaged with ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women Network) and GTAR (Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors).
Vicki is married to Nicholas Patterson, and they have three children together, Dylan, Kennedy, and Cole.
