Bio

I’m Tim Down, CCIM, RI, a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker in British Columbia, with over 38 years in real estate, valuation, corporate consulting and senior leadership roles. My practice spans the full life cycle of property decisions: valuation and analysis, strategic marketing and sale, leasing, business transactions, financing strategy, and property tax/assessment review and appeals.


I work with trusted advisors, accountants, lawyers, financial planners, property managers, brokers, appraisers, business owners, and lenders who need a reliable partner for real estate decisions and files that require professional analysis, decision ready documentation, and disciplined execution.

My background includes leadership roles such as Founding Principal/Managing Broker (NAI Commercial Okanagan), VP Real Estate Advisory & Transaction Services (PwC LLP), VP (Colliers International), and Senior Supervisory Appraiser (BC Assessment Authority). I’ve worked across British Columbia, from the Lower Mainland to the Northwest, Thompson Okanagan, Kootenays and Vancouver Island and I bring that breadth to local execution.
