Bio

A champion of transparent deal development and open-source technologies in commercial real estate, Andie Edmonds provides comprehensive advisory services for commercial real estate investment firms and high net worth investors as their single point of contact. In this role, she coordinates the participants in all phases of the acquisition and disposition process - from market research through closing - across the United States. 


Ms. Edmonds’ ability to uncover investment opportunities across the country through thoughtfully fostered relationships and cutting-edge technology streamlines the initial analysis, resulting in efficient asset review. Her tenacious effort and attentive communication ensure that, as deals move forward, all parties remain focused to optimize returns.


Ms. Edmonds holds the prestigious CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), which represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, through advanced course work and demonstrated extensive experience. She has served CCIM as the Oregon/SW Washington Chapter President, is currently a Board Member of the Institute, a Regional Vice President, and serves on multiple Institute committees.


Ms. Edmonds is a graduate of the University of Oregon, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance, with a minor in Accounting and Real Estate. During college, she was an active member and officer of Chi Omega sorority.


When she isn’t traveling to assist her clients, Ms. Edmonds enjoys life in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband and their youngest daughter. As the weather allows, you will find her out on her standup paddleboard or on the golf course with her husband, when he isn’t training for an Ironman. On cooler days, Ms. Edmonds appreciates a good book and the warmth of an añjeo tequila or a Walla Walla red wine.
