CCIM Chapter Revenue Share Program Update
Posted April 29, 2021
Dear Chapter Leadership and Administrators:
CCIM leadership has heard our Chapter leaders and listened to the need for a 2021 chapter revenue share program. To support the Chapters, as well as encourage Chapters to assist in marketing and drive much needed enrollment in Core Courses, the CCIM Board of Directors approved a $250,000 Business Plan at its April meeting.
Recognizing that not all Chapters can effectively hold classroom courses at this time, the Institute will provide an incentive to the Chapters for any individual that completes a Core Course, via direct or licensed delivery, as follows:
- For CI 101 – CI 104 courses beginning on or after May 1, 2021 (online, self-paced courses are not included*)
- $250 per student for the first 10 students per Chapter
- $300 per student beginning with the 11th student per Chapter
- Payment is based on the individual's "home" Chapter
- No payment for a student that takes a licensed delivery course in their Home Chapter or if a course is cancelled
Chapters should encourage their Candidates to take Core Courses and to create relationships and support the efforts of those students. There is no cap on funds any one Chapter may receive. Funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis until depleted or December 31, 2021 — whichever comes first. The payments are automatic and will be processed on a monthly basis.
To view upcoming courses, please refer to the Courses & Events Catalog. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us or the CCIM staff.

*Online, self-paced means only self-paced courses are excluded from the chapter revenue share program. Classroom, online instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led courses are included in the chapter revenue share program.
