Per Article VII, Section IV of the CCIM Institute Chapter Model Bylaws, officers shall be elected by a majority vote of all CCIM Designee Members by written secret ballot at a membership meeting and/or via electronic ballot no later than July 31st of each year. Submit your chapter leaders no later than August 3*.
