Mentoring Program
CCIM Institute’s Mentoring Program helps you reach your career goals with the help and guidance of either an experienced CCIM or a group of your industry peers. It's available to all aspiring commercial real estate professionals and new CCIM designees. One-on-one mentoring is available now and peer-to-peer mentoring circles will be available soon.

CCIM Institute's Cultural Diversity Education Program (CDEP) is committed to advancing the professional growth of underrepresented groups in the commercial real estate industry. Qualified applicants will learn the CCIM approach to investment strategy, financial analysis, and market analysis.

University Outreach Program
The University Outreach program is designed to help students and graduates achieve their real estate career goals while providing early exposure to the benefits of the CCIM designation.

  • Graduates within the last five years from qualified universities can expedite their road to the CCIM designation through the University Fast Track program.
  • Current full-time undergraduate and graduate students aligned with approved colleges and universities have exclusive access to University Partner Student Membership, which provides enhanced benefits.
