2025 President's Cup Awards

All Presidents Cup winners will receive a recognition across the CCIM network through digital advertising and promotion, and a glass award. Additional awards by place:

1^st Place: Three (3) nights lodging at the host hotel of the Fall Forum, and a $500 stipend towards CCIM branded merchandise ordered through Go2Partners.

2^nd Place: Two (2) nights lodging at the host hotel of the Fall Forum, and a $350 stipend towards CCIM branded merchandise ordered through Go2Partners.

3^rd Place: One (1) night lodging at the Fall Forum, and a $150 stipend towards CCIM branded merchandise ordered through Go2Partners.

Chapter of Excellence Award winners will receive a glass award for their specified category (Best Industry Event, Best Networking Event, Best Education Event, and Chapter of Excellence).

Note: Awards will be presented during the Spring Forum and must be used within the calendar year they were awarded; awards not redeemed shall be forfeited. Hotel rooms are issued by CCIM through their conference hotel agreements (rooms blocks).
